Ideal for big families or groups of friends, the Gran Vista Son Bou apartments delight us, as the name indicates, with superb views of the Prat natural area and of the magnificent San Bou beach.

Popularly known as the 49 San Jaime due to its location in the house with the same number and currently divided into three ample and comfortable apartments, each one of them with individual entrances, designed to share moments with family or friends, and with the advantage of being alongside but separate.

The apartments have been recently refurbished and are equipped with hot/cold air-conditioning, widescreen satellite TV, safe free of charge and wifi.

The three apartments have been decorated with the same style and the numbers 49 A&B are base don the ground floor with surrounding terraces although they still have stunning views from the terrace.

Each flat has two double bedrooms, with two individual beds, ceiling fans, one full bathroom and a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, ceramic-flat surfaces, an oven, dishwasher, a toaster, cutlery, etc. The dining room is spacious and provides direct access to the terrace and down stairs, directly to the pool area.

The pool is communal for the three apartments and it measures 9x4, with a depth going from 1 to 2 metres. The terrace is conveniently equipped with outdoor furniture, umbrellas and hammocks to enjoy sunbathing.

The apartments can be accessed from two different streets. The apartment upstairs can be accessed from Ramal Street and the ones downstairs from Central Street. In both cases, it is necessary to use a set of stairs, so this is not suitable for older people or people with reduced mobility.

Only 300 metres away, guests can find the first commercial area, with a supermarket, bus stop, several souvenir shops, a medical centre, diving centre, a baker's and the famous San Jaime Club. A little further ahead, through the Central street, which we recommend if you travel on foot as it is flatter, you will find a second commercial area in which you will be able to enjoy bars, restaurants, a leisure centre, shops, a chemist, etc. This area is approximately 800 metres away from the beautiful Sandy beach of Son Bou.
