Surrounded by extensive gardens and communal swimming pool, also the 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are divided into two differente areas, zone 4, situated next to the Club San Jaime Restaurant and its water slide, about 900mts away from the Son Bou Beach, and zone 5, which is slightly further away, next to La Gondola Bar-Restaurant’s swimming pool.

It has also been completely renovated and is equipped with air conditioning, widescree satellite Tv, a safe free of charge, and wifi .Its interior layout is divided into 3 bedrooms, two of them with single beds, and the third one with bunk beds, all rooms have additionally ceiling fans. It has also 1 bathroom which includes a washing machine and also one toilet, as well a spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with ceramic hob's two areas of cooking, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer, as well as a toaster, coffee machine, etc. On the outside there are two terraces, one located at the front with nice sea views, and another one, slightly smaller, located at the back.
