The villa is a mature and popular villa offering large comfortable rooms with plenty of windows which ease the passage of natural light. The villas surrounding grounds and exterior pool and poolside facilities are also spacious and well cared for- and this is perhaps the key to the villas successful rental capacity- although the villa everything is well maintained, be-it of a certain age. It`s actually built above the main Paseo Maritimo road, and therefore a handy distance from the restaurants and facilities of San Jaime and about 1km from the beach and Son Bou resort. There are two entrances to the villa, one from the maid road and one from the quiet cul-de-sac to the rear. The villas TV ( with satellite -DVD) lounge and dining area has sea views and the kitchen and laundry area to the rear. Through the main French doors from the lounge there is a large covered south facing terrace with summer seating and the few steps to the poolside area. The cosy internal dining room has a roof fan and views. The four double bedrooms and three bathrooms radiate from the lounge area. The outside area of the villa is perhaps her crown, large spacious sun bathing terraces, an oval shaped pool measuring 12x6 with a deep end of 2.3 meters and a diving board and a shallow end of 0.8mts. Around the pool there are sun beds. "Summer time chefs" there is also an excellent built in BBQ area with complimentary summer dining area. The villa does have lovely sea views but there is a top terrace for those wanting to photograph a coastal or sunset image. The grounds are well maintained and have open lawns with pampas grass and pretty floral borders with shrubs- The villa has four large double bedrooms with fitted wardrobess, three with ensuite bathrooms and two bedrooms have ceiling fans.
