Although Villa Los Leones is a new addition to our catalogue, it is one of the most popular villas in the area of Torre Soli, and finding an available week can be a challenge. The reasons are several, but mainly, Los Leones is a very comfortable, practical and private villa.

You will access the property through a private drive, giving you the opportunity to park the car just in front of the main entrance. The house has been built at a single level, which happens to be very rare in the Son Bou area, and therefore is very comfortable.

Step inside to find a large sitting area with comfy sofas and big windows that access the exterior. It also has an independent dining area. The kitchen, though small, has been recently refurbished and makes the best of every space to offer a full equipment for enhanced self catering cooking experience. It also has 3 double bedrooms, with a main double bed one with en-suite bathroom, a second with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom, and a third with 2 single beds. It also has a practical independent extra bathroom.

Now step outside, through the lounge windows, to find a large covered terrace with al fresco dining furniture and an impressive open terrace with private pool and sea views. On the back terrace you can enjoy the best “a la brasse” meal in the wonderful built in barbecue.

It all sums up to make Villa Los Leones an ideal gate away if you are looking for a perfect vacation.
