Villa Alba is one of the few privileged ones that are located in the upper area of ??San Jaime and that enjoy one of the most exclusive and panoramic views of the south coast of Menorca.
After a long flight of stairs, the house, in a fresh and modern style, is distributed in a ground floor with a very comfortable distribution. Inside, we are greeted by its spacious living room, connected to a modern and fully equipped kitchen with incredible views.
The rooms are distributed in 2 areas. Next to the dining room, a double room with a comfortable en-suite bathroom. From the living room, after a couple of steps, are the other 3 rooms. Two of them with single beds and sharing a separate bathroom, and on the other hand, the large double room, with a Kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom. All rooms enjoy air conditioning.
Outside, the terrace offers two spaces: the outside dining room and a chill-out area with sofas. Both areas protected from the sun by awnings with remote control.
To complete the experience, Villa Alba has a large terrace with a swimming pool and furniture for sunbathing. Also a complete built-in barbecue to enjoy the best al fresco cuisine.

The price includes
The accommodation will be received clean and prepared for your arrival including towels and bed linen
A general clean and towel every 4 days and a linen change once a week, and also includes repairs and general maintenance
The reception is open 7 days a week subject to changes depending on the time of season you arrive, please inform us of your arrival times in advance, we will be waiting for you at the Reception.
