The property is located on the impressive yet tranquil residential avenue of Calle Central and only a minute’s walk from the commercial centre. Villa 62 was built into the San Jaime hillside and from each level of the property, sea views can be relished.

The actual villa is built on two levels and the pool area is situated on a slightly lower terrace. In the main vestibule there is a grand staircase leading to the upper floor and two grand suites, or the choice to enter the spacious ground floor area, which houses the living area and two double bedrooms.

By entering the ground floor area, you are greeted by an elegant and spacious TV lounge and dining area which sweeps round to the open plan kitchen, this culinary paradise offers every amenity to cater for any dining occasion. Attached to the kitchen there is a walk in pantry and laundry area.

The large covered terrace runs the full width of the ground floor area; on one side you have the inbuilt carbon BBQ and on the other, the steps leading to the lower pool level and sun terraces. The villas terrace and poolside furniture caters very easily for eight guests.

The perfect 9 x 4 hanging pool is ideal for pool play and as an incorporated Jacuzzi for those bubbly moments. The shallow end depth is 1 meter and gently slopes to 1.9mts in the deep end.

The gardens are terraced, easy on the eye and offer floral plants, border shrubs and bordering pine trees.
